“No Fail Menu” For Over 40
 
Breakfast
  • 2 or 3 eggs any style with one slice of whole grain toast with a pat of butter or cream cheese. You may also have a cup of coffee with cream or half and half; but not milk, its full of hidden sugar!

 
Lunch
  • Tuna or turkey with your favorite cheese and lettuce wrapped in a medium whole grain tortilla. Enjoy with a glass of unsweetened iced tea with lemon.
 
 
 
Dinner
  • Salad with baby spinach, grilled chicken, crushed black pepper, and olive oil dressing with a side of either broccoli or zucchini, sauteed in !butter and topped with melted mozzarella.

 
Dessert
  • Decaf espresso with a dollop of heavy whipped cream sprinkled with cinnamon and sweetened with a packet of stevia.

Breakfast Options
  • 2 or 3 eggs any style topped with cheese and 2 strips of bacon wrapped in a large whole grain tortilla topped with 2 tbsp salsa.
  • 2 sausage patties served with 1/2 whole grain english muffin topped with cream cheese.
  • 1/2 cup of Fage greek yogurt topped with handful of walnuts,
  • your favorite berries and 1 pack of Truvia.
 
Lunch Options
  • Grilled hamburger or Turkey patty topped with 1 slice of cheese, 1 tomato slice, !and wrapped in lettuce, served with mayonnaise or mustard.
  • Bacon, lettuce, mayonnaise wrapped in 1 large whole grain tortilla.
 
Dinner Options
  • Chicken, steak, or turkey with 1/2 cup green beans topped with cheese, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes and 1/2 cup zucchini sauteed in olive oil.
  • Grilled fish (pick your favorite) served with 8 spears of asparagus, 1/2 cup brown rice with butter and 1/2 cup spinach sauteed in olive oil.
 
Dessert Options (Only 1 per day)
  • 2 squares of 85% dark chocolate or
  • 1 square of any other dark chocolate or
  • 1/4 cup blackberries or raspberries
 
Evening Drink Options (No more than 2 per day)
  • Sobe Sugar-Free Lifewater sweetened with Stevia
  • Vitamin Water Zero
  • Vodka with soda water and lemon or lime
  • 5 oz glass of red wine
