WATCH DR EDA TONG MAKING YUMMY DELICIOUS GREEN SMOOTHIE :)

 

1 avocado (remove seed)

2 roma tomatoes or 1 large tomato

1 cucumber (peel wax skin) prefer 1/2 English cucumber 

2 to 3 stalks of celery

1/2 bunch of parsley or spinach or kale or swiss chard and some mint

1 lime or lemon (peel skin)

2 scoops of Fruits & Green powder
2 scoops of Manna 360 protein powder
 
4 cups of water OR unsweetened coconut milk OR unsweetened almond milk
 
 
Optional added ingredients: 
 
1/2 cup of raw almond or any raw nuts (pecan, walnut, cashew)

Extra fresh or frozen pineapple, mango, all kinds of berries, green or yellow apple

1 cup ICE

Blend about 3 to 5 minutes depending on the power of your blender.

TIPS:

 

Another recommendation to have a great bowel movement is to drink 1 cup of Smooth Move laxative tea at night to help next day bowel clearing.  Cleansing must come first, before tissue rebuilding can take place.  If bowel is underactive, toxic wastes are more likely to be absorbed through the bowel wall and into the bloodstream from which they become deposited in the tissues.  If other eliminative system is underactive, more wastes are retained in the body.  As toxins accumulate in the tissues, increasing degrees of cell destruction take place.
